You may arrive no earlier than Noon on Friday May 25th, 2007.
All horses must be registered upon arrival. 
The Ilderton Slide Waiver must be signed before any horse can be ridden.

2: Approvals

The Ilderton Slide & Derby is governed by the rules & regulations of the NRHA,   ORHA & Reining Canada. Our 2007 show is RC, NRHA & ORHA Approved.

All classes are eligible for year-end awards, providing you are members of each Association. This is an ORHA Perpetual Point Show.

The 4, 5 & 6 yr old Derby is classified as NRHA Category #2.

3: Judges

Both NRHA Judges will judge the Derby Classes to be held on Saturday May 26th, 2007.

4: Stall Information  

• Stalls are allotted on a first served basis with payment in full.
• NO REFUNDS!  
• NO STRAW!  
• INSIDE Box Stall/Tack Stall Rate: $100 for weekend 
• OUTSIDE Box Stall/Tack Stall Rate: $80 for weekend  
• Exhibitors should inspect their stalls prior to move in. All repairs to stalls including removal of staples, nails, tape etc. will be billed to the exhibitor.  
• Shavings may be pre-purchased at time of stall booking.   

5: Grounds Fee - THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED! 

A grounds fee of $20 per day per horse will be charged to all horses on the show grounds.

6: General Show Conditions & Rules  

1. All exhibitors on the show grounds must sign a waiver before riding any horse, whether showing or not. 
2. The PA System is provided as a courtesy to all exhibitors and all efforts will be made to keep exhibitors informed as to the classes in progress. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be ready for the class when called to the show pen.
3. There will be entry cut-off times and draws posted, 15 minutes after the close.  
4. All vehicles running generators will be asked to park in a designated section.  
5. No ATV’s or any motorized vehicles in the barn or stall area.  
6. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. They must be under the owner’s control and problem dogs will be removed at the owner’s expense.  
7. Derby Entries close at 2:00 pm on Saturday May 26th, 2007. There are no refunds after the entries close.  
8. The start time is 9 a.m. on Saturday & Sunday.  
9. Entry into Ilderton Slide classes conveys the permission for use of images of the exhibitor and/or the exhibitor’s horse in future advertising. Should such images appear in photographs used for that purpose, no compensation will be extended or expected for the use of such images.  
10. All classes will be run concurrently.
